Asphalt Reconstruction

When the blacktop surface is severely distressed and showing significant cracking, the asphalt pavement has reached the end of its service life.
Removal of damaged layer is necessary, replaced with new top coat. The process involves laying a binder coat of hot oil which enables layers of asphalt to stick to one another, a layer of asphalt, typically between 1-1/4″ and 2″ thick. Not only does this rejuvenate the lower asphalt layer but a nice new layer of asphalt is added to give your business that desired new look.
Pavement Preservation

Asphalt pavement preservation is a critical element to extending the life of pavement and asphalt. Pavement preservation is part of an ongoing routine maintenance effort meant to extend the life of a road, parking lot, driveway or other paved surfaces. There are many different types of pavement preservation treatments depending on if the applied area is concrete pavement or asphalt, and variations within each. Without a pavement preservation treatment program, all paved surfaces will eventually degrade to the point of needing expensive reconstruction. Preventative maintenance not only costs less in the long run but will cause less disruption to the use of the paved surface.
